Sandbox Fitness Holiday Challenge!

THE SANDBOX FITNESS HOLIDAY CHALLENGE!! JUST $6 PER CLASS!!!

The holidays are here and we all know that those extra pounds can sneak up on us pretty quickly. To battle those pounds, we present to you the Sandbox Fitness Holiday Challenge

THE CHALLENGE

You have from December 1st - December 31st to complete 15 classes. Use them however you like....you can spread them out or take multiple classes a day. We will be offering 15 classes for just $90!! That's just $6 a class!!! The 15 classes must be purchased before December 1st and can only be used between December 1st and December 31st. If you are not able to complete all 15 classes, then the remaining classes will be lost. But, if you complete the challenge, then you will receive $25 towards any Sandbox Fitness package to help kick start the new year.

Hig hintensity interval training is a short duration high intensity workout. There are studies shown that people who do a HIIT workout actually burn more calories and rev up their metabolism the next 24-48 hours after the workout. There are many benefits to interval training 1. Burn more calories 2. Speed up metabolism 3. Less time in gym and more effective, 4. improve cardiovascular fitness, 5. Build muscle

Hiit Exercises
High intensity 20 seconds on Low intensity 10 seconds off 

1. High intensity-Sprints
2. Low intensity-Walk

Repeat this 10 times for a killer workout and it will help those training for a marathon.

Repeat 8 times to build muscle
